Scheduled a morning appointment in July a few days ahead. Dropped my car off around 8 am for brake work the morning of the appointment. The crew had it all done by around 9:30 am!! The cost was right at what they had told me for the estimate! Great guys working there. Very kind and professional! I highly recommend this place. They were also just over $100 CHEAPER than my first estimate at another Auto Mechanic Shop!!

Great service. Really appreciate these folks. Had a check engine light on for an EGR failure. Told me that it was probably under warranty and suggested that I contact the dealer. And best of all, they didn’t charge me anything. That is a rarity in the these days and times. These guys are honest and fair.

I was recommended to go to Greensboro tire and auto due to me having issues with my car over heating. I went in and told them what the issue was and he told me what could be the reason. He told me that it would be a few hours. I got a call explaining what went wrong and was given a price. I didn’t have to wait for the part that I needed. I didn’t have to make an appointment. They got me back on the road same day. I would absolutely recommend!

Greensboro Tire on West Market St. in Greensboro fixed my car today! I had hit 2 pot holds that were deep and covered by water at a drive thru. You could not tell they were there. My car started shaking at 60 mph and by 70 mph, it was hard to hold on to the steering wheel! They balanced all the tires and rotated them as well. It rides and drives as smooth as a new car! Not only were they professional and right on what needed to be done to it, but they make you feel like you’ve known them forever and trust them!!! Go see these guys to get your car needs met!!! They are awesome!!! I’ll be going back!!!

They were able to fix my car on a Friday with no notice, they kindly to the time in between other appointments to work on my car since I'm an older lady and my husband is a disabled vet, they knew the importance of having a car with hubby's disabilities and came together and did the work for me. Fortunately it was a warranty fix and charged me nothing, not many places like that anymore, most find a way to charge you something, not these guys. Honest and hard working, a wonderful group of guys!!!

Honest shop. Didn’t charge me for an alignment because there was an underlying issue due to a previous accident precluding aligning the rear toe. Took the time to discuss the underlying issue. Referred me to a good body shop and even gave me a 10% discount on what they did do due to not being able to align the car. I’ll be happy to give them business again.

Check engine light was on my 2003 Toyota Camry. They diagnosed it had a miss fire on cylinders 3 and 4. Plugs were bad replaced plugs and wires as well as a motor mount. Car runs like new. I was needing tires very badly and pretty quick… and dreading this whole ordeal. I called 5/6 places for quotes which were crazy high prices and long waits.. Greensboro Tire had the best pricing, on top of that they were able to get the tires in very quickly and had excellent customer service, making my experience so delightful. They got everything turned around in 1 day without any issues. I cannot believe how easy and simple getting new tires and alignment can actually be, I guess it’s all about the place you go.. I found a GEM!!!

They explain any issue with you and provide you with alternatives before working on your vehicle. They will even recommend you to another dealer if they do not provide the service you need. Almost all the time very busy but will have time for you or better call to make an appointment. Overall, a great place to take your vehicle to for services!!

They worked on our Impala . We had a little shaking in the way it drove. Not only did they fix the problem, but we had mentioned the A/C drain was clogged and leaking into the passenger side floorboard. They fixed that,they are very honest,knowledgeable, super friendly and very reasonable prices. Thank you GT&A.

Honest and quick work. Took my vehicle there for a suspected ABS issue. They fixed what they thought was the issue however, it turned out I needed a new wheel bearing. They removed the labor cost of the initial repair because of misdiagnosis and only charged for the wheel bearing repair. Gave me the old wheel bearing as verification of services provided. I also took both my vehicles for oil changes. Good pricing and fast service. My only complaint (that I noticed about a week later when I opened the hood) was there was spilt oil all over the subframe and radiator fan. I'll still go back but I'll request the shop to make sure the techs clean up their mess. I keep my engine bay very clean for a 12 year old car and spilt oil is extremely easy to wipe up or spray off.

I can’t stress enough how amazing this mechanic shop is!! I never leave reviews but they deserve it. I got in a car accident and was having some tire/rear end issues and Mike and Jason got me back out in the road safely and in no time! The entire staff is extremely kind and worked with me since I am a new driver and had no idea what was going on. Come here, they’ll take care of you! Extremely professional, fast and reliable.

Talk about service. You know that you have found good service when no one talks about a sale. Went in with a low tire light. Most times, people will ignore you or grumble. Service tech Jason immediately made eye contact and asked how he could help. Confirmed the inflation pounds and took care of it. Did not try to sell me anything but when I asked he promptly took me inside introduced me and got the process started. They earned my quote. I came back the next day and got two new tires and an oil change. Now, they have earned my business. Prompt, told me the accurate time of service and finished as such. Told me what they did. Did not try and sell me something I did not need. From the top down, everyone was courteous, look me in the eye and made sure I had everything I needed. They have earned my repeat business and I will tell friends and family. Keep up the good work and thank you to tim, Jason and the gang!

Awesome experience with this company. I went in 03/01/22 to tell them what I needed. The guys were so nice. My husband took our 2012 Buick enclave back the new day to have the work completed, he gave awesome reviews on their customer service when he came back. I needed to ask a question about the car. I called back up to the shop Mike answered the phone, he took the time to get me an answer from the crew member that worked on the car he was very nice and very humble. Just because of the great customer service you now have a new customer. I will recommend all of my friends and family to this shop. Also when I called to get a quote they gave me the best tire price and the cheapest tire price. I called around to other companies and was given 1 price which was not cheap at all. Thank you Greensboro Tire and Auto for your integrity along with the great customer service.

I actually truly enjoyed my first visit at Greensboro Tire and Auto. My tire exploded over night and the next morning Tim and his guys got me up and running again, in the most timely and fashionable manner. Went for a alignment my car was pulling to the right after hitting a pot hole. Took it back,it was explained to me I had bad tires.Swoped front to back cured my pulling problem. I Had bad tires.

I get basically all my work don't here when I don't do it myself. Good prices and a great staff! They will help you find the best price for what you need and if they don't fix it properly they will get you right back in and fix it for free of course. I had some glass in a tire and they patched it for my. Unfortunately, there were about 4 places with glass in it and the guy fixing the tire missed it. I took it right back they put it right in the bay fixed all the holes and charged me nothing beyond the first plug! 100% recommended!

This was my first time going to GTA and they did not disappoint! My serpentine belt was shredded, I initially thought it was my alternator, so when I called them that's what I had them quote need for. When I had my car towed to their establishment, they deduced it was the belt which saved me over$400.00 then what I was initially thinking I had to pay. Other shops, would've probably tried to charge me for the belt and the alternator, (I've run into some dishonest auto mechanics.) Their prices are fair and customer service is great so I've decided to make them my regular shop.
